• Lubricate hinges and cable guide pulleys.

• Check cables for fraying, defects, and tension, adjust as to factory specifications

• Inspect the cable drum for proper installation of cables, factory recommended 2 raps per cable

• Inspect the gear drive box for leaks and proper gear oil level

• Check gear drive bel for defects and tension

• Check and adjust auto or manual door locking system

• Remove bottom door seal at the ends, clean, and lube guide rollers

• Check Limit switches, Hi-Lo and emergency backup shut off switch

• Check bottom center drop bar for proper alignment

• Lube walk through door hinge and lock set

• Check Skylights for defects, and fasteners on exterior siding, replace failed or missing fasteners. 10 Free
